The entire team at Brandt’s provided us with top-notch service. They were honest with us from the beginning and attempted to fix our existing A/C before recommending a new one (it was 22 years old). They came highly recommended from a friend who recently had her A/C replaced....and she had found them to be the least expensive quote in Kokomo. Andre was great!! Andre did the installation and went above and beyond to ensure our A/C fit into our basement's existing heating and cooling area. He was polite, kept us posted on his progress & amount of time left on the installation, and did an awesome job. I like this company because they are honest. I have had summers out in the past and they tried to sell me things I did not need. Both Techs Shane or John are excellent. They did a maintenance check on my Central Air. They brought me filters for my furnace and all I paid them was for my maintenance contract. They will come back in the fall to check my furnance and that will be at no charge.

Brandt's came in and saved the day for me. The first time I called they had a technician here within 2 hours. He got my heat going. He was also very informative about my options moving forward to fix the problem permanently. I chose to replace the unit. When I was contacted to schedule the install, I explained the current boiler had stopped completely and the time frame they suggested would work because part of my house has an alternative heat source. Shane said well in light of that I will put a rush on the unit and we will be there this Monday. When the installers showed up to remove the old unit and install the new unit they were nothing but professional. They worked without stopping to eat or anything else until the heat was back on. They cleaned up their mess and answered any questions I had when they were done. In a time when customer service seems to be forgotten Brandt's and their staff put the customer first. Thank you for a job well done.
